Important Organic Certification Notice

 

We are proud to use 100% certified organic ingredients sourced from approved organic suppliers in all our products. However, our business is currently undergoing formal organic certification and has not yet been certified by a UK organic control body.

 

Due to this, we are not legally able to market our products as certified organic at this time, although all the ingredients used are 100% organic.

As we are already using organic ingredients from trusted suppliers this’ll mean a simple and smooth transition when certification is finally processed. The taste and product completed unaffected, just a inhouse certificate and legal green pass to use the word ‘Organic’ across our products and online platforms.

 

Before this legal requirement came to our attention, we enthusiastically proceeded with a large bulk print out of our packaging with the word  ‘Organic’ printed on them. To avoid wasting these, for the interim we will be covering the word ‘Organic’ with a sticker that says ‘Natural Ingredients’ instead. This’ll be until we get the green light to go ahead with ‘Organic’ labels from the appropriate control body. 

 

To obtain the organic certification, it is a lengthy & costly process, and we will update this notice as soon as certification is officially approved.

 

We are committed to full transparency from all ends of the production line and to fully complying with all UK food & organic labelling laws.
