1. Company Information
Peas & Love is a UK-based food business specialising in dips and spreads made with certified organic ingredients. We are currently in the process of completing formal organic certification and will update our status once confirmed.
2. Products & Ingredients
All products are made using certified organic ingredients from approved suppliers. However, while we are committed to organic principles, our products are not yet certified as organic under UK law. We do not claim or imply official organic certification until this process is complete.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We offer delivery within the UK. Estimated delivery times and options are provided at checkout, but we are not liable for delays outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details at info@peasand.love.
If a refund or replacement is approved, we will process it within 7 working days.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind and want to cancel, please email the team ASAP to check on its status. If the order process has not started yet, then a cancelation may be accepted. If the process has begun, you will be charged full price. This is because all our orders are freshly made to order using fresh produce that’ll need to be prepped, cooked and dished per tub, a cancelation can result in the waste of numerous items for just one tub of hummus or dip.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, branding, text, and design, is the property of Peas & Love LTD and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Disclaimer Regarding Organic Certification
While all ingredients we use are certified organic, our products are not currently certified organic under UK regulations. We are in the process of completing formal certification with a UK organic control body. We will update our status and labelling once certification is granted.
We aim to be fully transparent and compliant with UK food labelling regulations.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peas & Love shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or reputation.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except where required for payment processing or delivery.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
